Please include "DMCA Takedown Request" in your subject line. We will respond within 5–10 business days.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, and telephone number
• Consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court

5. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate or block access to users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.

6. False Claims

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability. Do not submit a notice if you are not sure whether the material infringes your copyright.
